Rhinoplasty after Lift Lift?

Question

I had a lip lift a few months ago. It was actually a revision since my other scar stretched. I’ve always been interested in having rhinoplasty to fix a slightly deviated septum. My nose kind of goes in a C-shape with the bend is on the left so it tilts my right nostril up. I look very different on one side of my face vs the other & my right nostril constantly drips. I worry that a rhinoplasty will stretch the lip life scar at any stage. Is there a particular technique that can avoid this?

Rhinoplasty surgery can be performed after lip lift surgery and on occasion is performed at the same time. In your situation, surgeons may prefer to wait 6-12 months after your most recent lip lift surgery to allow enough healing, the scar to mature, and allow enough vasculature to grow into the scar. There are many approaches to ensuring you have a good result with incision placement and there is no one correct technique.

As far as I can understand from your question if you can send your photos at 95 degree angles from the front and side profile, it will be possible to make an accurate evaluation. We normally recommend lip lift and rhinoplasty operation together.

A rhinoplasty is not going to cause a problem for your lip lift scar.   I do the two procedures in sequence and often simultaneously.  Should not be an issue.
