As far as I can understand from your question if you can send your photos at 95 degree angles from the front and side profile, it will be possible to make an accurate evaluation. We normally recommend lip lift and rhinoplasty operation together.

A rhinoplasty is not going to cause a problem for your lip lift scar. I do the two procedures in sequence and often simultaneously. Should not be an issue.

The rhinoplasty should not affect the lip lift scar at all whether the rhinoplasty is done open or closed. Depending on the situation however a rhinoplasty can lengthen the lip a little

You can certainly undergo a rhinoplasty procedure after a lip lift. A septoplasty is performed in the back of the nose for a deviated septum, and there's airflow restriction. The septoplasty doesn't change the shape of the nose. A rhinoplasty is performed for cosmetic purposes only. Both a functional septoplasty and a cosmetic rhinoplasty can be performed Simultaneously under one anesthesia with one recovery Period. NO type of surgery is gonna help your constant nasal drip. A Properly perform rhinoplasty will not stretch the lip lift scar, so look for a surgeon who does closed rhinoplasty

I think most plastic surgeons will tell you to wait about six months before having surgery in the similar or same anatomic area.
I don’t think having a rhinoplasty is going to affect the outcome of your revision lip lift.
