This problem can be seen occasionally after rhinoplasty due to bone dust, scarring or cartilage irregularities after rhinoplasty. It is best to let it settle and mature for 1 year or so and address it in local anesthesia by simply rasping the bump. Good luck.

Although it takes a full year for someone's rhinoplasty surgery to completely heal, the mid bridge and up typically lose swelling the fastest. Based on your photo, this small bump is relatively inconsequential since it may be camouflaged. Depending on your examination, microdroplet Silikon-1000 injections may be considered for camouflaging this bump, permanently, so revision rhinoplasty would not be completely necessary. Most plastic surgeons consider rhinoplasty results final at one year.
The amount of change from swelling begins to decrease over time.
In other words the difference in outcome at six months and 12 months is going to be fairly minimal.
At this point, your results are very close to final and this is the outcome of your procedure.
You should be able to feel where the nasal bones come to an end and the cartilage begins.
You can usually feel a step off if you push on the area.
To make an accurate assessment regarding the outcome of any plastic surgery procedure we generally need to see a complete set of proper before and after pictures.
If you don’t have before, and after pictures and then ask your surgeon to forward the pictures they took.
I also suggest you follow up with your surgeon since they are the ones who are responsible for your outcome.
If the outcome bothers you enough to have revision surgery, then you should discuss that with your provider.
