Lateral Osteotomy and Hump reduction made me unable to breath from my left side. What are my choices?

Long story short I got a cosmetic procedure 7 years ago to have a smaller nose via Hump reduction + lateral osteotomy, basically narrowing my nose to a slimmer structure, worst decision of my life since I can't breath now from left side of nose and having sleepless night battling this.. Anyways I would like to have some opinions from medical professionals on how is this solved.

Not many tertiary rhinoplasties are an easy recovery. There is a lot more swelling and bruising due to more challenging dissection through previous scar/injured tissues. I would recommend seeing an American Board of Plastic Surgery certified plastic surgeon, preferably one who has also...

Based on your photos, you can certainly have filler in the tip of the nose to smooth it out. If if works well, then silicon can be injected to give a permanent result. Be sure to see an expert injector for consultation.
