It’s been over 8 weeks since I had upper and lower blephoplasty. I’m pretty happy with upper lids but is this as good as I can expect with the lowers? I still have tear troughs and it’s either fat directly under my eyes or swelling. But I’ve not seen much change in the last few weeks, and I am very aware of stating away from salt intake etc.
