In the morning compared to the afternoon my eyelids look different. In the morning the upper eyelid skin is more tight and not hollow. Throughout the day, however, they hollow out. It gives a very depressed and ugly look and I want to know if there is an eyelid surgery that could makes eyelids look like how they do in the morning, the cost of the surgery and a surgery to possibly get rid of the hollow spots in the inner corner of my eye.

At 3 weeks, it is normal to still experience some degree of swelling. Usually, swelling may persist for 3 months and then start to subside as you heal. You may also experience bruising and some sharp pains every now and then.
If you had not discussed your needs with the surgeon before hand, please call them now and explain your situation. It may be possible to remove the sutures early. It may not. But at least they could check. Safety is always first but creative alternatives can save the day. Work with your surgeon.
