What surgery can I get to make my eyelids not hollow?

If your eyelid position changes throughout the day, there may be more that needs to be addressed than hollowness. For better understanding, a physical examination by a surgeon is needed. If it turns out that there is no need to interfere with eyelid structure, hollowness alone can be improved with filler injections or fat transfer.

If hollowness is the main issue, filler injection is a good option. I cannot comment accurately based on the limited photo posted.

If your eyelid resting position changes during the course of the day you need serology blood tests for antibodies against the acetylcholine receptor and MuSK protein, electromyographic muscle tests and/or test for resolution after application of ice before you undergo any surgery because the problem may not be amenable to surgery.

What you have here is a very early levator disinsertion. There is a very subtle ptosis of the left upper eyelid which may go along with a left eyebrow compensatory lift (can't tell due to your photos). Both upper eyelid have eyelash ptosis that shade the upper part of the corneas and make the eyes look dull and lifeless. You standard blepharoplasty will remove your upper eyelid fold and damage your appearance and make your eyelid look old. What you need is a structuring surgery that repairs the disinheriting upper eyelid tendon, tightens the eyelid platform skin which looks thick in your eyelids, and supports the upper eyelid lashes to make the eyes look brighter. I call this a microblepharoplasty to emphasize that it is not about removal of skin and fat, it is about fixing eyelid structure.
