I had 2 sessions of laser lipo with mr Seth 1st op was 3 areas loser Timmy flanks and inner thigh......around my tummy I had bulges of fat I couldn’t get rid of I was so nervous but wish I done it sooner. I was obsessed for about a year on Realself reading everyone’s reviews I’m so glad I done it but hate the thought of being put to sleep so I was awake during the procedure, had it done under local and am so glad I did, I felt a bit tired afterwards and the next day I was sore but after that I was totally fine. 2nd time was a few months later again under local this time was a better experience as I knew what was coming I was laying relaxing while having the procedure it was surreal, I had outer thighs and hips I am very happy with the results. I went for lymphatic massages afterwards with a woman from another clinic in Glasgow and she said my scars were perfect and looked so neat.
What a gem of a doctor. I did the areola reduction with Dr Rohit and what a pleasure it has been. I spoke to at least 5 surgeons prior to it and a decision to go with Dr Rohit was immediate: consultation was detailed and respectful, the procedure itself was a piece of cake: because it was done under local anaesthetic we were able to communicate during the procedure: together with a nurse and a Dr Rohit- we have laughed and chatted through the whole procedure and 3 hours flew by I didn't notice. Overal i am super pleased with results. I also like that it was a very patient-centric experience from the start to finish. 5 stars. Absolutely brilliant.
I had lose skin on my chest and stomach area for 5 years and it made me really self-conscious. I decided the time was right and decided to visit signature clinic. Outstanding service provided, I was made to feel comfortable from the minute I walked in, after going to a few consultations before signature clinic where I was made to feel bad about my skin and the surgeons weren’t very helpful I was over the moon to have dr rohit answer everything and more, I’m over the moon with my results, 5 years of self consciousness gone in a matter of 7 hours! I had lipo on the chest and excessive skin removed and an abdominal plasty. Excellent service, results and aftercare. Such an amazing team!
Age:26. I have always felt a way about the length of my labia minora, probably the last 7/8 years. I have been researching about the procedure for the last 4 years, with the last year and a half being a bit more intense than the others. I have fortunate enough to have not been told anything insensitive during sex and my issue has mainly been with my labia minora getting caught in my knickers and having to tuck it in to avoid any pain. I finally booked in for a consultation in July 2019 with Dr Rohit Seth (based in the UK) and had the surgery on the 4th September 2019. Surgery was done under local anaesthetic. Didn't feel a thing during the procedure. I also drove home straight after the surgery with no issues. I didn't have any issues with Dr Seth, made me really comfortable during the surgery however if there was anything I could suggest; it would be to provide a concise and clear pre and post surgery guide. Updated on 7 Sep 2019: Here are some before and after pictures. I’ll update as the recovery journey continues. 2nd and 3rd day following surgery have been very up and down in terms of discomfort and swelling - minimal pain though. Started using arnica pills which have helped however the swelling fluctuates depending on what I’ve been doing throughout the day. Trying to rest as much as possible and keep my hips elevated however that gets uncomfortable after a while and I end up tossing the pillows away. Can’t wait for the swelling to reduce. Updated on 7 Sep 2019: I first met with Dr Seth in July 2019 for a consultation and upon meeting him, he was really relaxed and welcoming. He listened to everything I had to say and my reasons for wanting a labiaplasty and then proceeded to show me before and after pictures of his work. He also explained why he uses different methods rather than one particular method (all dependant on the individual and what will work best for them). Following the consultation, communication with him and his team have been great - timing of responses have been good. Moving forward to the surgery which was in September, I started becoming anxious as I felt that I didn't have all the information in a timely manner such as the location address however I simply emailed the team days prior and got a response immediately. The surgery went well and I felt calm. Due to how my legs had to be positioned during the procedure, they would hurt after a period of time. Dr Seth allowed me to rest my legs occasionally and tried to help relieve the discomfort where he could, which I really appreciated. Overall my experience has been good and to date, I'm happy with my choice. Updated on 9 Sep 2019: I was honestly getting fed up with the recovery period (although I know it’s essential - it just became very boring). I’m still swollen however the discomfort had decreased greatly and I can finally see the right side of my labia minora. I drove with no issues today as well - sitting down for more than 20 minutes at a time. I also went for my 1st post surgery check up wit Dr Seth. Everything seems to be healing well with no signs of infection which was great to hear. I have a suture which has decided to be a pain (literally) however Dr Seth said he didn’t want to snip it just yet as it’s still early days. Was advised to give it another week and either snip it myself (if I can) or to arrange for Dr Seth to do it. Updated on 12 Sep 2019: Still swollen. No longer feeling any discomfort which means no longer using pain killers. Iced the area again for the first time in 3 days and didn’t use arnica pills today as I had done so for 7 days already. Will probably start using again in the next 2 days. Updated on 18 Sep 2019: 14 days since surgery. No pain or itching. Been wearing leggings and jeans with no discomfort. Recovery still seems to be going well. Updated on 17 Jan 2021: Thought it would be helpful to show an update after a year however the pandemic had pushed this to the back of my mind. I was due to see my surgeon as well in Sept’ 20 - but again, straight to the back of my mind. Overall, I’m very pleased with the outcome. My main issue was the discomfort and that has completely gone since the op. The appearance has generally been the least of my concerns as there is no one way for our vulvas to look. Just to add as I cannot recall if I ever mentioned it prior but my clitoral hood is quite thick as well and therefore would factor into how everything looks on the outside. Hope this has been helpful to someone!!!
Getting any kind of cosmetic surgery is a daunting thought for anyone, especially when it's your face! I had an upper lip lift with Rohit at Bella Vou early Feb 2019 and I could not be any happier with the results! From pre-surgery to post surgery after-care, Rohit went out of his way to ensure the entire procedure was perfect. I absolutely recommend Rohit to anybody considering cosmetic surgery, it's clear he is passionate about his work and strives for perfection. Thanks Rohit.
I went to see Dr Rohit Seth with concerns about tear troughs that have appeared over the last year down my cheeks making me appear tired all the time. He was very knowledgeable and advised me of how these could be minimised using fillers across the cheeks to lift up the trough, initially not using too much as more could be added at a later date if it was needed. He took a lot time and care preparing the area to be treated and although the filler procedure was a little uncomfortable, local anesthetic was applied so it wasn't painful. When I saw the results in the mirror when the procedure was finished I was really delighted, the troughs had gone and there were no obvious signs that I looked any different (ie no puffy swollen cheeks) other than the subtle lift to exactly the area that was troubling me. Nobody would even have known I'd had fillers. I would highly recommend Dr Rohit Seth for the time and care that he takes to listen and then achieve exactly the result that I wanted to achieve.
Dr. Rohit is very professional and experienced. I’m very happy with all my treatments he did so far, in particular with upper eyelid surgery and fillers. I’ll be coming back to him as long as necessary, in order to prevent the aging. Thank you Dr. Rohit.
Since having my son 18 months ago, my vagina had loosened and I’d noticed an increase in the amount of times I needed the toilet and would usually leak if I was to laugh or run for my train home. I would always have to make sure I used the toilet before leaving work and I would be desperate by the time I got home, now I can sit on the train in peace knowing that I will make it home without feeling the urge to go! The appearance of my vagina had completely changed too and it was a lot more open after childbirth, the treatments have closed everything up and tightened the inside making intercourse so much more enjoyable for both myself and my husband.
Rohit and his team performed an upper bleph this morning. I chose Rohit as a few weeks ago he had removed an unsightly but harmless cyst on my face with zero pain and a great ‘invisible ‘ result. The whole process today from stepping through the door was flawless . Great surroundings, great staff, such a relaxed and calming atmosphere that it easy to think you are just at a health spa waiting for a facial. Everything was explained prior to going down to the surgery and to be honest I was eager to get on with it . First the local anaesthetic injections which stung a little but much less than I expected and then Rohit got to work . The whole procedure was completely painless and seemed to pass incredibly fast but that is because during the whole process, the surgical nurse ( who’s name I am embarrassed to say I have forgotten) was so reassuring that we ended up just chatting as if we had just gone for coffee. Genuinely at no point did I feel uncomfortable or nervous. The immediate result was surprising to me as I could see a difference instantly, even though I was obviously a bit bruised and swollen . I had fully expected to look a panda who’d lost a punch up but again I was pleasantly surprised that I could see how the final results might look . Later in the afternoon after the local anaesthetic had worn off , I was expecting to feel a bit of pain but the actual sensation is more like having itchy hay fever eyes. I’m excited to see the finished results in a few weeks time but as a ‘surgery experience’ all I can say is that I would 100% recommend Rohit and his fabulous team .
I had the smallest chin! Decided to get chin fillers and went with the talented Dr. Rohit ! I live 2 hours away from the clinic but the travel is deffiently worth it to see my favourite surgeon Rohit Seth ! He’s the best he didn’t only give me a chin ! He shaped it which looked part of my face ! It was what I wanted and even better than expected ! ! Absolutely loved it ! I’ve had 2 procedures before with the same doctor so trusting him in giving me what I want was not an issue at all!!! I knew I was in safe hands !
Many thanks for the question and sorry to hear you are going through with this. There are several things to potentially consider, from reading your description above. Firstly, in terms of the pregnancy and delivery - was the baby large? are you quite petit? Was the birth a vaginal delivery or c-section. Secondly in terms of the area - is this case solely during intercourse, or generally through arousal or stimulation of any kind in the area. It would be useful to also know your age and how many children you have had. I would consider a panel of blood tests to assess your baseline hormonal status at around day 14 and 21 of your cycle - have you noticed any difference in the process at different times during the month? Pelvic physiotherapy and kegel exercise will help to improve the overall function of the pelvic area and help. If there is a degree of 'looseness' then tightening procedures can help - these can be non-surgical treatments (such as Radiofrequency tightening or CO@ laser tightening) or surgical through cutting and stitching the vaginal tissue to create for simplicities sake a 'tighter' vaginal tube. In terms of the excessive wetness, how long since the birth of your child is this. If it is within the first year, then there is a chance that this will begin to settle down on its own. If you are breast feeding, then this may also have an impact on the area, due to the hormonal levels int he body. I think in order to completely understand what is going on, it would need a thorough investigation and assessment along with regular physiotherapy with am aim to providing answers to your concerns but also longevity in your results. I hope this is of sone help to you Best wishes Rohit Seth
Dear Rosa I am very sorry to read what you have gone through at such a young age. Unfortunately, these practices do exist and many patients like yourself are then left with a life-time of discomfort and misery. In terms of your situation - type II FGM essentially refers to the removal of part or all of the clitoris and the inner labia (the lips that surround the vagina), with or without removal of the labia majora (the larger outer lips) type 3 (infibulation) –and narrowing the vaginal opening by creating a seal, which is usually formed by cutting and repositioning the labia. So in terms of what you would be left with, it would be determined by exactly what was carried out. The simple solution to determine what sensation you have or do not have would be to firstly assess this yourself - if there is any clitoral tissue left, depending on how it has been removed would determine whether any sensation is present. The nerve supply comes from below and a superior branch from above, so there might be some sensation there. Internally, the area around the G-spot is usually quite sensitive also and would involve internal manipulation to determine this - using a mechanical device may aid here to determine if any sensation is present. It is quite a crude way to assess as was described above and it may also involve. There are a number of things that can be done and not done and is does involve a thorough assessment of yourself both physically and psychologically. This article by WHO maybe of use to you and give more information - attached below It would also be useful to be reviewed in a multidisciplinary setting with reconstructive surgeon, psychologist and psychotherapist to determine the overall best way to help you. I hope this is of help to you. Best wishes Rohit Seth
Many thanks for the question. The simple answer here is that this can be achieved through a hair transplant. It would involve harvesting a small number of hairs from the donor region (which can be from the back of your head/ other donor areas depending on your overall hair type) and then transplanting these into the scar tissue. The use of PRP in the area prior to hair transplantation will be useful as well a course of injections thereafter. You can expect the final result in around 18 months to 2 years following the transplant. I hope this is of help to you Best wishes
Thank you for your question and I am sorry you are having such concerns. A labiaplasty alone would be an unlikely reason for the above symptoms. Were these symptoms present for the last 5 years since, or something you have noticed more recently? It could also be an age related issue - how old are you currently? It might be a hormonally related issue, that can result in the symptoms of dryness and less stimulation in the vaginal area. When you underwent orgasms previously, were they clitoral/ internal or both? It might well be that through time, the g spot fullness has reduced or is not as prominent - do other positions help? Also, with this situation, one of the most important issues is that if you are quite concerned about the area and whether the orgasm will occur etc, then it may not as you are not in the moment. It s hard to switch off when you are in this situation. Do you find it is the same through self stimulation and the use of any mechanical stimulation or is it just with intercourse? I think there may be a few other things going on that need to be explored and it doesn't seem to me that the labiaplasty surgery would be the cause, with the current info you have provided.
Thanks for your question. In terms of the perfect designer vagina, I feel that this is not something that any surgeon can guarantee to achieve as there is such a huge variation in the appearance of the labia minora, majora and clitoral hood. The surgery is in my opinion very bespoke and what one patient will consider to be a perfect designer vagina for them may not appear so to another patient. What I advise all my patients is that what anatomy they have is normal and that it can be adjusted to what they perceive to be ideal and that will really depend on what their anatomical starting point is. The procedures available for performing a 'designer vagina' include several different procedures and not all are necessary. These include non-surgical treatments such as radiofrequency tightening of the outer labia and labia minora; PRP injections to enhance the clitoral and g-spot area; hyaluronic acid fillers to augment the shape and volume of the outer labia; surgical treatments such as a clitoral hood reduction, labia minora reduction and labia majora reduction; pubic mons liposuction and lift; chemical bleaching of the area to reduce pigmentation. Therefore it really does depend on what your starting point is, what you are aiming to achieve and whether the surgeon you decide to go with understands what you want and your expectations. At the same time, you need to have reasonable expectations as to what to expect following the surgery. There are many surgeons throughout the world who are carrying out many of these procedures. The main point is to make sure you have a informed discussion with the surgeon before you decide on going ahead with the procedure.
