I had dysport injected on both sides of my chin, apparently, 'dao' to 'help' with marionette lines, which were barely noticeable before. Now I have very pronounced lines, whether my face is static or moving. Not only that, I can't speak properly, drink easily, and I am slightly drooling out of my right side. Will this be temporary?

It is very different Dysport units to volume units. It may be that you received the units you needed but with the adjustment in volume units for the use.
You need to find an injector that is experienced in both botox and dysport injections. Unfortunately there are many injectors out there who do not know what they are doing and there is no regulation to stop them. I recommend finding a credentialed injector with a large busy cosmetic...
When you equate 50 units of Dysport to Botox, it is about 16 units
of Botox. While we often use the saying
“every patient is different”, this sounds like a small amount to cover your
