it sounds as if too much as injected and improperly.  Plus you really need more than just dysport for the DAOs , you are too far along with sagging and volume loss that fillers and/or face/neck lifting are really needed.  I suggest seeing a physician with experience to evaluate you.  unfortunately the dysport will take 3 months to wear off. Depressor anguli oris muscle injections are okay but fussy.  Overdone, they have the potential to weaken the mouth which is a problem like you are experiencing.  This is temporary but the effects can last 4 to 6 months. There is no way to reverse the effect of treatment without simply letting it wear off. 

I routinely treat the DAO muscle to help slightly raise the corner of the mouth.  This is often combined with filler to give the best results.  It is important to stay lateral to the corner of the mouth to avoid hitting other muscles which can affect the movement of the lip.  The good news is that Dysport and Botox effects wear off with time.  I recommend that you only see an expert for your injections. 

The result is temporary but may not wear off fast enough for you.A recheck or second opinion will help.

Dysport or any neuromodulator in the the belly of the DAO helps to diminish those downturned corners of the mouth.  You unfortunately appear to have had the depressor labii oris impacted by the injection that was supposed to treat the DAO only.  This muscle is medial to the DAO and if hit will give you a poorly moving, lazy lower lip and a very weird smile.  Time will allow for this muscle to return to full motion.  

Sorry to hear you're going through a hard time with things. The good news is - yes, it's all temporary. And, over the next couple of weeks, other muscles will likely compensate so things like speaking, forming words, and drinking should get easier. Neuromodulators in the lower face are less exact than in the upper face - a lot of times clinicians inject botox or dysport in the upper and lower lip, around the commissures (the corners of the mouth), or in the DAO's - like in your case. The intended effect is to smooth out lip lines, and to raise the corners of the mouth to make it appear more youthful. But, there are a lot of muscles in this area, and sometimes the toxin can migrate or not affect each side equally. Typically, it's best to start out with a very low dose initially, and then to increase it gradually. Everyone responds to neuromodulators differently, and in my practice, I always take the "less is more" approach. Regardless, as said, it's all temporary and should really improve over the next couple of weeks. Best of luck! 

Dysport injections for the DAO muscle is often a wonderful off-label treatment for helping corners of the mouth that are facing downward.  It can be done in conjunction with dermal fillers for an enhanced result. There is possible side effects with any Dysport injection - such as brow drop with forehead injections and unwanted side effects around the mouth with DAO injection. The good news is these side effects are not permanent and often go away in 6-12 weeks. See your injecting doctor for follow up.
