I have uneven breasts, where the right side of my breasts hangs lower than the other. is this normal? And is it very obvious that my breasts are lopsided? Are my breasts sagging?

Did you get to see your surgeon after your procedure? You should be contacting your surgeon for instructions on what to do with your steri-strips but I always remove them by 3 weeks post-op on my patients.
