Lopsided breasts? Normal? (Photo)

Asymmetry in size and shape is totally normal. In fact, symmetry is actually abnormal! Your breasts appear to be full and well proportioned for your body. 

Thank you for your question and pictures.  It is quite common to have some breast asymmetry.  It looks as though you had surgery in the second picture and they are fairly similar.  Remember that they are sisters not twins.

Most women have some minor asymmetries between the breasts. Perfect symmetry is rarely seen in nature.   Surgical techniques are often used to improve symmetry, however this rarely results in perfect symmetry even after surgery.   So the answer to your question is yes, your breasts are completely normal.  Best wishes to you!

Thanks for your question and photos. You have pretty breasts that are slightly asymmetrical, which is the case in the vast majority of women. I would not recommend any surgery to address this unless you are very concerned or bothered by this. I do not see an obvious indication for breast augmentation. If you remain concerned or unconvinced, please consult with an experienced board certified or board eligible plastic surgeon for an evaluation in person. I would not rush into any decisions to have surgery.Best of luck.

Hello,Thank you for your question and photos. It appears that you have one nipple lower than the other, and yes, this is quite common. Otherwise your symmetry and breast shape is nice. You could be a great candidate for breast augmentation if you wish to enlarge your breasts. Be sure to seek a board certified Plastic Surgeon who specialises in this procedure.All the best

Almost every single patient that I have worked with has some degree of asymmetry to their breasts. This is normal.  The most important thing is for your surgeon to identify the degree of asymmetry before surgery and to talk about how he/she will address this.  Even so, there is no guarantee that your breasts will be 100% even following surgery.  
From your photos, it does appear that you have a small degree of asymmetry but not that much.  I think you would be a great candidate for breast augmentation.  In terms of drooping, you have a small degree of ptosis but definitely not enough to warrant a breast lift.

You have beautiful, full and natural breasts with normal asymmetry. Modest adjustments can be made but are certainly not necessary. I hope this is reassuring to you.
