Do I have to avoid expressions after restylane injection in the nasolabial fold?

babylima
i have very serious obvious deep nasalabial fold, my dr advised me to inject restylane, my dr injected 2 ml for both sides, now i do look better. HOWEVER my dr asked me not to massage it, smile or laugh. its the second day, i didnt massage it at all BUT its been VERY difficult to avoid smiling/laughing/big expressions as i am a talkative person, so im just wondering is it really necessary?
