Can you perform Rhinoplasty, Breast Augmentation, and Brazilian Butt Lift during one procedure?

Height: 5'6 Weight: 165 Measurements : 31 29 36 I am wondering if I could get three surgeries in one? Would my risk of infection go up? I was trying to have one recovery time by doing it all at once. If I couldn't get all three, what about Breast Augmentation and Brazilian Butt Lift done together?

Yes. I, for example, specialize in rhinoplasty while my partner spent a great deal of time in Brazil and traveling Internationally and does an amazing job with Brazilian butt lift and breast augmentation. On a regular basis, we line our schedules up so that the patient gets "the best of both worlds" by having each surgeon perform in their area of expertise. We typically limit the amount of surgery time to 6 or 7 hours but rhinoplasty, breast augmentation, and Brazilian butt lift can typically be preformed in about 5 or 6 hours depending on the individual. All the 3 surgeries you mentioned can be performed together however the risk of prolonged anesthesia is not worth it.  You better off doing rhinoplasty and breast augmentation together and then do Brazilian Buttlift at different time.RegardsDr. J

Meticulous surgery requires precision and time.  In my own practice, I do not like to rush surgeries because the outcomes can be affected -- and these outcomes are the results that you will live with for the rest of your life. In addition, having a "Butt Lift" will require you to not sit or lie on your derriere much, yet the rhinoplasty dictates that you don't lie on your face.  I would not perform these three surgeries at the same time. Combining all 3 procedures would be rather difficult due to time constraints and positioning of the patient during the surgery. Probably best to perform the rhinoplasty separately than the body work. It is best to have all procedures completed within 5-6 hours in order to be performed as an outpatient procedure and go home the same day.
