Do all lip lifts include more tooth show? (Photo)

Your case is complex.
1) Tooth show: If your tooth show is fine when smiling, but shows a lot when you laugh, that has to do with how you use your muscles when you laugh. That means that you are pulling maximally on your zygomaticous major and minor muscles.  
2) Mouth looks small and tense: Because your teeth are long, it is possible you are straining to obtain closure of the lips normally. The muscle around the mouth is circular and trying to close it makes the mouth look smaller.
3) After Rhinoplasty your lip looks small:  The lip can descend a little after Rhinoplasty making the space between the nose and the red part of the lip appear longer. This decreases the amount of red part (vermillion) of the lip that will show.
I think you may be one those cases where a lip injection would actually work better, and I say that as someone who almost always recommends a Lip Lift over injections.
