When should I be unable to move my eyebrows after Botox?

Hello. I had my first Botox injection on my forehead and nose. It was mainly due to my excess sweating on the face but also for my brows to raise a bit. However, it was done yesterday and I can still move my brows easily etc. When should it work and I should start to be unable to move my brows?
