I am in a dangerous depressed state after my first Botox on forehead. I beg you for a very honest opinion since all dermatologist I have seen will only suggest filers and I am not going to inject anyhting alse right now.My entire face dropped, my nasolabial folds are so heavy that i feel them when I talk. I look 10years older. The OUTER EDGE of my eyelids is not dead saggy skin and I lost my smile.

i am sorry you are going through this situation. I would go back to your provider to address your concerns. If not go to a board certified surgeon or Registered nurse working under one. It is hard to address concerns if there are no before photos to compare to so i would include those when talking to these individuals

You have a valid concern, however, an in person evaluation and consultation will best fit your needs.  Someone needs to look at your face and the muscle movements you have.  I recommend you make an appointment for an evaluation soon.

Sorry you are having this problem. You should start to notice the botox wearing off at 3-4 months. I would not inject any fillers in you nasolabial folds until you are back at baseline. Discuss the complications with your injector and ask to avoid any injections below level of your eyes to reduce the risk of problems.

It is not possible to determine what you need without photos but rest assured Botox will wear off and usually in 4 months or less so it seems prudent at this point to have nothing else done and wait it out and then be sure you see a board certified dermatologist

It is difficult to advise you without seeing photos. Botox will usually start to wear off around 3-4 months so you should start to see improvement soon.  If the sagging is due to volume loss than dermal fillers may be the answer.  I would suggest that you go back to your doctor to discuss this or find another experienced provider that you trust for advice.
