Swelling, lump on the wound site almost 1 year post-op. What can I do? (Photo)

I’m almost a year post op, my recovery has not been easy. However, I was feeling good and noticed that my left incision started to swell. Looking back at pictires my left side has always looked like a bean shape which I absolutely hate. Now is more swelling for absolutely no reason any advice would be gladly appreciated as I don’t know what else to do. I had a scan about few months ago since I was having muscle spasm and nerve pain and the doctor said that my plant was perfectly fine.
