When can I get butt implants again after removal in 2021?

Sorry to here of your long unfortunate journey thus far with buttock implants and BBL. Like most procedures, if not done optimally the first time around, revisions are always more difficult for the patient (and the surgeon).

Allow me to answer your question as best i can based upon your photos. However, please keep in mind that an in-person, or at least a virtual, consultation with physical exam is first necessary before any legitimate evaluation or final surgical recommendations can be made. At this point, enough time should have passed for you to undergo yet another attempt at successful and proper placement of buttock implants. Make sure your implants are being placed into the intramuscular tissue plane and also make sure they are of the proper anatomic shape (eg. Stanton Anatomic®️ buttock implants). Please note that an extremely few number of board certified plastic surgeons specialize in buttock implants, and even less in revisions, so you may need to travel far and away from home to find this particular surgeon.
