I had my butt implants 15 years ago, they're oval shape, anatomical, about 300cc Intramuscular.? Im nowh42 and am very self conscious of how obvious they are in a bikini or tight clothes exercising. When I flex / tighten my butt or bend a certain way it shows that they are a funny shape only at the top half of the butt. I will share flexed photos for reference. I want to remove and improve the shape if posssible. I have no problems with them currently other than shape / aesthetics. Can I remove and replace them in one procedure ? Will a new shape or placement help with the appearance of them? Im willing to travel to have this done correctly as I am a very outdoor active person always on the water so its important its done correctly. Thank you for any advice. I just got 275cc submuscular butt implants from a surgeon in Paris a few days ago. He used the new butt implant SMS (Sub-Muscular Safe) technique by Dr.Francois Petit. I read multiple articles about this procedure and it's said to be very safe with low complication rates, but I also don't see many surgeons perfoming butt implants this way, because they say it is too risky for the sciatic nerve. About 7 years ago , I had a bbl that created fibrosis on one butt cheek. Two years ago, after major weight loss, my doctor added volume to my butt with hyacorp. After I had the flu, many big hard lumps showed up on my butt. So I have both these issues. I need to have butt implants, I feel super insecure with my butt right now and I have not enough fat for bbl. Is there any way that the fibrosis can be adressed prior to surgery so I can have it with minimal risk?
I have had 360 lipo /BBL 12 mths ago and and not happy with my results. The projection of my bum is still super flat and I was expecting more definition with my lipo . In total 2 litres of fat was harvested. I am now looking at butt implants . A surgeon has told me that a 2nd round BBL would be enough and assures me I will get the results I'm after .. I have been asked to put atleast 2kg of fat on before the procedure. I need advice I just don't think BBL will be enough?
I have Butt implant surgery scheduled with a board certified doctor. He says there is a 70% chance of it being a success because the first ones I had caused the muscle/tissue to stretch paper thin. Ive asked him a million questions but was hoping for more advice and answers from other doctors on here. What can I do to help it work? Follow recovery ofc and should I workout to grow the muscle after? What else can be done to keep them in. Ive had the old ones removed for awhile now to heal tissue
9 months ago. Sub-muscular. 340ml. V experienced surgeon, performed over 1000 butt implants. The right implant sits higher and more outwards than the left when laid down. More symmetrical when stood. He placed them higher than usual due to lax tissue, predicting they'd fall. Why has this happened? Bad surgeon? Should have done intramuscular? Had a prolonged car journey 5.5 weeks after. What now? Skin removal under the buttocks? Bigger intramuscular implants? Big thanks & respect.
I had failed Butt implants removed months ago. The muscle had stretched and created the implant to be very detached and seperate from my body. (Have previous posts showing pictures on here). After having the implants removed Ive had time to heal. I am ready to get new butt implants but wondering if they can be placed deeper in the muscle. I didnt allow time for healing with the first implants and should have kept right garments on! Yes I will consult with board certifiedsurgeon. Looking2 learn
