Hi! 25+ years ago I had a butt implant procedure, I was very skinny (95 pounds) so the surgeon placed small breast implant in my butt (top area/ behind the muscle) to give me some projection since the butt implants didn't fit in, the structure of my body was small. I was happy with it until I gained weight, now that I'm 150 pounds I would like to change my current implants for butt implants. Is that possible? can the removal and replacement be in the same procedure? Thank u.

It is very important to know surgery with implants needs to wait to be in surgery to follow the steps, I would like to tell you can be done at the same time but it will be depends how are your tissues where the other implant was place before. My recommendation is talk with your surgeon the both cases same time surgery or 2 round of surgery, is very to be prepared for your healing time.
