Hello I had a tummy tuck bbl lipo 360 about 2 months ago. I am petite and was worried about kit having sufficient fat for the results I hoped for. But dr suggested that bbl would be evough. My buttocks still had like an apple shape in the bottoms. That was the one thing I hated bout my butt and the plumpness just wax t there. Can I correct this?
Answer: Buttock augmentation Sorry to hear you did not achieve the results you were looking for at you previous BBL. Unless you have an abundance of fat on the other side of your body, a 2nd bbl is out of the question to get you to your goal booty. Buttock implants are a great option to add permanent fullness. Answer: These aren't your final results yet Hello! Thank you for your question and pictures. Before you decide on anything I suggest you wait at least 6 months for your body to start showing final results. Recovering is a process, you might like your results after everything has "settled".

Answer: Buttock implants after dissatisfied BBL? You are in good company with many others who had high hopes for BBL but instead received disappointing results (lumpiness, unevenness, lack of projection in the central and/or lower buttock, post-deflation sagging, etc.) as most of the fat melts away. It is not quite as much the quality of the doctor nor liposuction technique but rather the quality of the procedure that is a large part of the problem. Thus, going back for round 2 BBL most often produces the same disappointing results but at another financial loss. Buttock implants indeed provide a more reliable, predictable, relatively safe, and permanent result, especially for adding projection to the buttock and often smoothing out lumpiness. Occasionally a lower buttock tuck may be advantageous for lower buttock fold asymmetries and/or sagging. Please keep in mind that an extremely few number of board-certified plastic surgeons specialize in buttock implants so be sure to consult with one that is reputable and experienced. Unfortunately you may have to travel long and far away from home to find this particular surgeon. Glad to help.

You need reshaping BBL under general anesthesia with lipo upper over filler buttock, lipo reduction chicken butt deformities, fat transfer to lower lateral buttocks, added injection bbl with combination Radeisse and HA fillers + Sculptra, and my specialized taping postop.
