Thank you for posting photos. That is definitely unusual and not something I've seen in my practice. One issue with fixating implants with screws is that you can fixate them in a bad position and there is no chance of the implant moving into a more natural position. I just answered another question from a young man about a fixated chin implant that was now poorly positioned. It is certainly possible that this is swelling but it needs to be followed closely. If this is not improving as your swelling decreases, I would recommend repositioning the implant. If it is swelling you should notice gradual improvement in that ridge and your symmetry. Take photos in the same room with the same lighting and the same camera so you can judge the daily changes. Best to discuss with you surgeon. If that is implant pushing up, then it is not normal or natural. There is a change it could be swelling/hematoma.  

Without examining you, it is difficult to judge if your cheek implant is causing the bulging under your eye or if it is due to swelling.  Since you had the implants placed 2 weeks ago, I would recommend waiting another 2 weeks to see if there is improvement.  If it is the implant causing the bulge, the only way to correct this would be to go back in and reposition the implant.   

Sorry to hear of your issue. Unfortunately, you have a malpositioned implant that will have to be redone. The only question when. I would recommend waiting until all swelling and tissue reaction is gone. You also expressed concern about your looks. That may have to do with the choice of the type of implant used. There are several different shapes each yielding slightly different esthetic result. All this should be re discussed with your PS.
