I would like to have a more defined "square like" face like Alena Shishkova and Angelina Jolie. Will cheek implants/chin/jawline implants do the trick? Alena Shishkova had the same facial structure as me prior to her cheek and chin implants. I would love to get the same facial structure that she has now. What are the risks of facial implants? Is my desired look achievable? Who are some reputable Facial Rejuvenation doctors here in the U.S?

Thank you for the photos and your question. Changing the external contours of the face can be achieved with facial implants. In your case, achieving a more "square" face would likely require cheek (malar) implants as well as jaw (gonial angle) implants. These procedures are done with incisions placed inside the mouth. What is separating you from those desired looks is strong skeletonization of the cheeks and jaw angles. You have a thin face so any facial bone augmentation is going to be reflected on the outside. A chin cleft is made by going inside the mouth.

Changing the contours of one's face to enhance appearance is typically achieved through the insertion of facial implants. (To some degree, injections with select fillers can give you a sense of what you might look like with an implant, although in fairness, the volumes are very different and the "preview" is often inaccurate and misleading.) Commonly used facial implants are cheekbone implants and chin implants, and less commonly used implants are lateral jaw implants. Surgery requires an anesthetic, so that you are comfortable, and can take anywhere from 30 minutes (chin implant) to 2-3 hours if you are having several implants placed. Risks include lack of achieving the desired results, infection, malpositioned implants, asymmetry, and possible need to remove the implants if you are not happy. Realistically, you can't get someone else's facial structure- yours is unique- but you can modify it to more closely resemble someone else with a facial contour that appeals to you. I suggest having a consultation with a reputable surgeon who specializes in facial rejuvenation and implants so that you can convey your desires directly. Facial implants can yield a permanent solution that is appealing for life. Good luck!
