In your case, achieving a more "square" face would likely require cheek (malar) implants as well as jaw (gonial angle) implants. These procedures are done with incisions placed inside the mouth. What is separating you from those desired looks is strong skeletonization of the cheeks and jaw angles. You have a thin face so any facial bone augmentation is going to be reflected on the outside. A chin cleft is made by going inside the mouth.

You look very good. I might try a fillers like Voluma first before risking surgery and possible complications...
