Can cheek implants help narrow and slim a fuller round face?

Very often cheek implants can create a slimmer and more balanced looking face. I would need to see photographs in order to give you a more informed and proper answer to this question.      

The face proportions can be improved using implants. Fillers are also an option to consider for facial reshaping.

In the right patient cheek implants may be able to make the face look slimmer. But that would depend on what your face looks like and your natural facial bone structure. Cheek implants can give certain faces more of a V-shape but the face has to be naturally thinner to do so.

Cheek Implants can shape the cheeks if the appropriate size and shaped implant is used following the correct facial aesthetic principles.  For women, this entails an augmentation primarily in the front (anterior) portion of the cheek.  This turns a round face into a heart-shaped one.  For men, a more narrow angular shaped implant is used.  Hope this helps.
