I had 1ml juverderm 4 in my lips in Dec. It’s been 3 weeks and it looks like the filler is above my lips instead of in my lips. I’m gutted. The place I went to has amazing reviews. When I pour it looks ridiculous. Can it migrate? Is it my anatomy? And will it cause permanent damage ie will it create pockets that will fill if I ever have filler again?

I would recommend having your wisdom teeth extracted first and then once fully healed you can have lip fillers. Lips often swell and sometimes bruise after filler treatment. This could be uncomfortable when adding dental work. In addition, it is important to keep risk of infection to a minimum.
It's hard to fully assess without photos but it sounds as though the filler was injected improperly. You shouldn't have residual bumps. Your best option is to see your injector to have the bumps dissolved with hyaluronidase. As with all cosmetic procedures, especially when it comes to fillers,...
Thank you for sharing your question and photographs and I am sorry that your current results are not what you anticipated. Your lumps are due to filler that was placed too superficially and after two weeks should be dissolved. Hope this helps.
