Donut lifts: how much skin is removed? Is resizing of the areola a given? Will the nipple be more centered?

I’m interested in a donut lift and I’m wondering how much skin, on average, can be removed while minimizing puckering. Also, my areola are larger than I’d like them to be. I’m assuming that because concentric circles must be made to remove excess skin, resizing of the areola is built in to the procedure, right? Finally, can a donut lift reposition the areola/nipple so they’re higher up on the breast?
