3 months post op breast uplift, spitting stitches and it's getting worse. PS says it's normal. Advice? (photos)

Spitting stitches on both breasts after uplift. They started off as small ulcer looking sores which have now got a lot bigger and constantly weeping and bleeding. Been to my surgeon twice now who says this is normal?! Is there anything I can do to make this better and is this normal?
