Spitting stitches on both breasts after uplift. They started off as small ulcer looking sores which have now got a lot bigger and constantly weeping and bleeding. Been to my surgeon twice now who says this is normal?! Is there anything I can do to make this better and is this normal?

Yes, the areolae can be lifted if the breasts are in good position. This is called a doughnut lift. Some lifting of the breasts can be done through this incision, but more may need the vertical incision as well.
The wrinkling will go away as the swelling subsides. You may find you become more even as you heal. Just be patient. Please discuss any concerns you have with your surgeon.
