Could this be a seroma or just some swelling? (photo)

Question

Im 5 weeks almost 6 post op. I had lipo 360, breast lift and tummy tuck. I noticed some hard spots on my side and then inbetween my breast i have this lump they are all hard? I dont go back to the doctor until june 6th. Just wondering if i need to get in sooner. Also could this be swelling from after removing my binder or caused by having it too tight. I know im supose to start wearing it a little less. My doctor said no reason to wear it after 6 weeks.

Hello C. Richard,Great question. Thank you for your pictures. However, you are still early in your recovery process. It may take up to 4-6 months for all the swelling to go down. Keep following your surgeon's post op instructions. Good luck with your recovery.

I understand your concern and it is quite normal to be concerned about the outcome following a breast lift surgery. However, you are still in the very early stages of the healing process.
  
Your will need to be patient at this moment and follow what your surgeon has instructed you to do post operatively.
  
At the early stage of the healing process, the tissues are still swollen. Once the swelling subsides  you will be able to see the final result of your surgery.

The healing process after any surgery take 6-12 months.Many of the findings during the early phases of healing are transitional. Sometimes the compression garments cancreate irregularities and may need to be reconsider.Follow your surgeons recommendations. Best wishes.

You are still early on the healing process, it can take up to six months to see your final results, so please be patient. At the stage you are in, inflammation is normal.
If the issue does not improve, please follow up close with your plastic surgeon.

Impossible to determine exactly what that area is doing without in person examination. What is confusing you state you are in South Florida but your surgeon is in LA??? Best to seek in person second opinions.
