I am 19 years old and I have never been very confident about my breast. I wear a 34B sized bra, & I feel like my breast should be "somewhat" perky, being that my breast size is not very heavy, and I have a small frame. I've never had children, or lost any weight, so I'm not sure why my breast are at the level they are. I'm looking for opinions at the moment, would a breast lift be necessary for me? Or, should I leave them alone?

Answer: Procedure recommendation Thank you for your question! Based on your photos, you are a great candidate for a breast lift. This procedure will lift your breast and make them more perky, while correcting any asymmetry, and shrinking the size of your areolas. I recommend consulting with a board certified plastic surgeon, who can create a personalized plan for you. Best of luck!

Answer: Is a breast lift necessary for me? Hello and thank you for the question and photos. Your breasts are very normal. There is some sagging, but this is nothing out of the ordinary. None the less, if you are interested in a lift then you would be a great candidate for it. Basically, a normal breast lift is done by tightening the skin envelope and repositioning the areola. This might translate to some volume loss. So, if you are afraid of having smaller breasts after surgery, I suggest having a breast lift with small implants. I feel you would have great results with either procedure.Best of luck,Dr. Miguel Mota
