I had a bad restylane injection. It was placed wrong and an overfill. I went back to PS and asked to have it dissolved. I'm worried as it's been 48 hours and no results but a lot of bruising. I'm worried I'm stuck with this. Please advise next steps.

Answer: Not working? Hello Rosie. I'm sorry you're going thought this issue. I feel it's too early to see the changes from the HA enzyme injection. Your describing significant bruising and, most likely, you're quite swollen. Follow up with your injector next week to address your progress and ice on/off throughout the weekend. Best wishes, Dr. ALDO

Answer: Hyaluronidase Not Working There may be a few reasons for this. You may still have swelling which makes it look like the hyaluronidase is not working, it may have been injected in the wrong plane, or not enough may have been used. Sometimes you may need more than one treatment session to fully dissolve the filler. Don't lose hope just yet. Continue follow up with your PS or seek a second opinion. Best of luck.
