How to check if a Colombian surgeon is board certified?

Hello to everyone ! My best wishes for the new year 2022 ! I m from France and I took an appointment with a Colombian Doctor for an abdominal lipo and with his technique 4K. I was based to chose him from his Feed on Instagram only. I would like to know how can we Check on the net if a doctor is board certified ? I will make More than 9h of flight and don’t want that my expérience turns on a nightmare. Thank you do much in advance for your answers !
