2 years ago i lost 20 kg, ( i lost and gained 18kg before i did this) I practice weight lifting and my body stays the same and is gaining muscle. Although I gym a lot my belly and side flanks stay the same but i can't tell if it's fat or of it's hanging skin. If it's fat i'd consider losing some weight before i'd commit to lipo
Answer: Liposuction Candidate Thank you for your question. Based on your photos you appear to be a good full body intense liposuction including abdomen, waist, laterals and upper and lower back to improve your body contour and get better curves, especially in your waist area. Kind regards, Dr. Emmanuel Mallol Cotes.-

Answer: Stomach Skin Tightening -- Vanquish, truSculpt, Venus, Exilis, Cellutone/ZWave vs VASER Hi-Def Lipo & Tummy Tuck Skin tightening can be done with a combination of Vanquish, truSculpt iD, Venus Legacy, Exilis, Cellutone/Zwave. However, for best results, a Tummy Tuck procedure can be combined with a high definition procedure at the same time. For best results, I recommend VASER HI-DEF Liposuction with ThermiRF, Renuvion, InMode BodyTite and fat grafting to get the most fat removal, skin tightening, contour and definition. This combination will give you the most toned result. I recommend getting a formal evaluation with a hi-definition physique expert. Best, Dr. Emer

Answer: Liposuction candidate Dear Bright416048, it is hard to tell for sure without an examination. If you are considering a surgery, I would suggest you to consult a board-certified plastic surgeon. Only after a thorough examination you will get more information and recommendations. Answer: Differentiating skin laxity versus subcutaneous fat It’s not unusual for men who have gone through weight loss to come in for Liposuction consultations feeling like the last bit of fat is difficult to get rid of. Often it is in reality skin laxity as a direct result of the weight loss or previous obesity that is contributing the undesirable body contour. For this reason Liposuction of the love handles and lower abdomen and men with a history of weight loss often does not deliver the results patients had hoped for. The easiest way to differentiate skin laxity versus subcutaneous fat is the simply lift up quite firmly on the skin with both hands above the area of concern while looking in the mirror. If putting the skin under tension completely corrects the contour then that is how much skin laxity is contributing. Patients who are a good candidate for Liposuction and have subcutaneous fat as the primary culprit will not see much improvement by lifting up on their skin. Those with skin laxity as the major problem will see the problems go away by putting the skin under tension. The love handles are especially difficult to get good results on after weight loss on men. The area does not respond nearly as well and men as it does to women. In order to not have an unnecessary procedure or waste money on a procedure that doesn’t deliver it’s very important to clearly understand the impact the skin laxity has and to know the difference. I’ve made this mistake enough times earlier in my career and you may find some plastic surgeons who are much more optimistic about what liposuction can do for this part of the male tour so on someone with your history. To get an accurate assessment requires an examination. During the examination it’s important to lift up on the skin to clearly differentiate skin laxity versus excess subcutaneous fat. In your case I suggest moving forward with a bit of caution if you decide to have liposuction and it would be a good idea to have a few consultations as well. If you decide to have the procedure ask surgeons to show before and after pictures of previous male Torso Liposuction results especially those with the same degree of skin laxity. There is unfortunately no good in between procedure for mild skin laxity. It’s either live with the loose skin or get a tummy tuck. I have little faith in skin tightening procedures like bodytite or Renuvion aka J Plasma. Best, Mats Hagstrom MD
