It's difficult to say what your final results will be. You likely have swelling, which can last 3 to 6 months after your procedure. It will take 6 to 12 months to see the final outcome.

I recommend following up with your physician about their suggested after-care protocol. I have my patients wear compression for 3 to 6 weeks straight and then overnight for 3 to 6 months after their procedure. I suggest adding hyperbaric oxygen and lymphatic massage along with your compression to help decrease swelling. To improve your final results, I also recommend adding Vanquish for further fat removal; truSculpt iD, Exilis, Forma, and Venus Legacy for additional skin tightening; and Cellutone / ZWave to make the skin smooth, remove scar tissue, and improve the skin’s appearance.

Liposuction will help to further contour your figure. An in person evaluation will be helpful as your surgeon will be able to better demonstrate what you can expect. Your surgeon will be limited by your anatomy, but I do think you will notice an improvement from the procedure.

Thank you for your question and photos. It looks like you had a recent tummy tuck with a very high incision. Based on the posted photos, as a Total Definer surgeon, I recommend VASER Hi Def Lipo 360 degrees of your whole torso and fat grafts to the deep hip/buttock depressions to have an outcome close to your wish photos. Piecemeal liposuction will not give you a good result. Since you are already slim, you have only one chance to achieve your best result. This depends on your surgeon's understanding of three dimensional body contouring, and what you just stated about the proposed surgery, he/she lacks in understanding these concepts. This is not a "touch up", it is new surgery. Do not expect to pay nothing or a reduced fee, because that what you will exactly get in results, too.
