I would like to contour my butt to the picture I shared. What/where should type of lipo procedure would work best to change my butt shape (I.e. inner thighs, outer thigh, back, butt, etc)? I will be having a mommy makeover consultation soon and want lipo fat transferred to my breasts, but want to be sure it will help achieve my desired butt shape too.

Outer thigh and inner thigh lipo will help your butt to legs ratio, smooth out the hip dips, and create more of an hour glass shape. Though you can get even more results with a fat transfer, if you don’t want a BBL you can do a lot to improve the appearance of your butt with lipo alone!

The main goal of liposuction is to remove the fullness above and below the butt. In other words to define the waist above the butt and make the legs longer. The goal of liposuction is to improve the curves above and below the buttocks.

Answer: Liposuction In your case removing fat from AROUND your butt, especially the lower back and flank areas, would help tremendously. If you wanted to add a small amount of fat centrally to give more projection that would help as well.

VASER lipo 360 degrees will give you the best body reshaping and will improve your buttock shape greatly. In this photo, your buttock starts at the buttock crease and blends into your midback without any anatomic separation. As a Total Definer surgeon, I specialize in 3D body transformations based on underlying bony and muscle anatomy. Any piecemeal liposuction technique will lead to suboptimal results.
