For a Brazilian butt lift (BBL), we inject the fat into the buttock for contouring and lifting. Cellulite should also be treated with a combination of Cellfina or QWO, subcision, and/or fillers such as Bellafill, Renuva synthetic fat, or Sculptra. Overall, you need a full assessment, but simple liposuction alone will not tighten skin and needs a combination of various methods -- fat removal, skin tightening, defining, fat grafting, skin removal -- to get the best in body contouring and body sculpting. Thank you for posting. Liposuction of the areas around your butt will definitely help your overall shape. It is hard to say what you are looking for because there is only one photo. I would need wish pic to compare.
That said, most patients benefit form liposuction of he lower back, and waist. Inner and outer thigh lipo depends on what you are looking for. Butt liposuction is usually not performed because it can lead to a saggy butt.
I feel liposuction of the outermost top corner of the butt (top lateral portion…where the waist meets the butt laterally) is extremely important. This last area helps round out the butt, makes for a smoother silhouette, improves butt shape as well as making your waist to hips ratio better and more naturally proportioned. Back and waist liposuction can be performed with a tummy tuck by the way.
The type of liposuction does not necessarily make for better outcomes. Results are more dependent on the surgeon and the patient’s body type. But, if I have to recommend a specific type of lipo, I would prefer Vaser Liposuction. This will help with skin contraction and with blood loss. Vaser is not recommend for BBLs.
