Is it safe to have a tummy tuck if you have a vitamin D deficiency?

Lennylex
Not sure if this is a dumb question or not. I’m having a tummy tuck this Friday, the other night I realized I never mentioned my vitamin d deficiency to my dr, I guess I didn’t think it was that big of a deal. I’ve been reading that if you have this that it becomes harder to heal after surgery, injuries take longer- you bruise easily. I’ve already left messages for both doctors but haven’t heard back yet. Is it safe to proceed, will I have a harder time after surgery? Any thoughts?
