I would be concerned that something unrelated to the implant could be going on. Please make sure to see your primary care physician in addition to your plastic surgeon. Primary care physicians are better suited to diagnose unrelated GI problems. Best wishes
What you would be woried abou is implant infection. Are your breasts red? Is there drainage from the incision? Do you have a fever?.
