It is fine to get lip filler while you are on Adderall. It is not a contra-indication and does not cause any adverse reactions.
Adderall is not an issue with getting lip fillers. Although, I would recommend avoiding advil, aleve, ibuprofen, multivitamins, fish oil and vitamin E- these can increase bruising.
At my West Hollywood office, no less than 90% of my patients list Aderall as a medication. Rest assured it does not interfere with any cosmetic procedures whatsoever.
