I am 24 years old and as you can see i am going bald too fast and my scalp is visible from every angel so i am really thinking of undergoing a HT surgery with the FUE method .. So i was wondering how many Grafts would my donor area and beard hair provide me to cover the top of my head and the crown area as much as possible .. I am sure that seeing a hair loss expert to evaluate my condition is the best thing to do but i really need an answer from the experts right here. Thanks everyone

Mild to moderate discomfort is not unusual for the first month after transplant. Some people experience more, others less, it just depends on the patient. You can ask your doctor for recommendations to relieve the pain. If the pain gets worse or doesn't go away after another month then...

Thank you for posting this question. Yes, it is fine to use the toppik fibers on your transplanted area. Once the grafts heal in at about 10-12 days, one can start to use the fibers. It will not affect the results from your hair restoration procedure. I hope you find this...
I'd recommend talking to your doctor about it, but yes, consider stopping using it in the meantime. Those are common side effects from Minoxidil and it doesn't help with transplanted hairs anyways, just your natural ones.
