24 is on the younger side for a hair transplant.  Special considerations must be considered.  For one, it may make sense to maximize prevention methods with medications.  And, if you are certain you want to proceed with a hair transplant it should be done conservatively.  Be sure to see someone with experience.

In general, an average Caucasian male has up to 8000 potential donor hair follicles in their life time.

For a good, accurate answer you have to see somebody in person. There's no good way to tell what your donor area is like without seeing it up close, and to cover that much of your head would require a lot of grafts.

Donor management is critical in  future planning. Not only can you take from the back of your head, the sides and all around the ears using the FUE method, you can also take from the beard, chest and back.

At 24 with the extent of your hair loss and pattern that has emerged you will likely not be able to fill in all the areas, even with body hair in a density you can appreciate. I too recommend visiting with a physician that specializes in FUE and SMP.

At 24, you should consider scap micropigmentation (see SMP below).  The total hair supply in a typical Caucasian male is 6000-8--- from the scalp, 4000 from the beard and many more from the body depending upon location and how hairy you are.  The SMP will not kill your pocketbook
