Out of FUE hair transplant post-surgery lotions. Any replacements?

I did an FUE hair transplant surgery in Turkey and I am out of the Panthenol cream they recommended. What alternatives are there? Is it okay to mix Bepanthen with aloe vera and vitamin E? What other, even if over the counter, products can be used?

Most paint/tenderness should have gone away after the first month, maybe the second. To have significant discomfort still after five months is not normal, and you should consult with your doctor.

Numbness shouldn't have an effect on the growth of your hair. It's normal to experience some numbing following the surgery, and can take several months before it starts to go away. If after 6 months it doesn't seem to be improving then I'd talk to your doctor about it. Minoxidil is fine to use...

This is just shock loss the the transplanted hair from the first procedure. They should grow back within a few months, nothing to worry about.

It can take 6 to 12 months after surgery to see results.  If you are concerned it is best to contact your doctor.  It is not clear if your thinning will improve based on photos alone.

At 5 months you still have a ways to go in terms of hair growth. I wouldn't worry about the results you're seeing so far simply because some people grow a lot in the later months, leading up to the final product after about a year. And if you don't have side effects from Finasteride now...
