Bump on nose after rhinoplasty. Is there a technique to correct just the bridge without fully reopening the nose?

Reducing bumps and convexities on the bridge and dorsum of the nose is fairly straightforward through a closed rhinoplasty approach without fully reopening the nose. Addressing indentations, however, may require more exposure depending on the nature of the defect. Since you're pleased with the work your surgeon did otherwise, it's probably a good idea to get his/her opinion about what would be most appropriate.

Hello and thank you for your question. It really depends on anatomically what the exact issue is. However, for very small irregularities on the dorsum sometimes some micro collagen stimulation may help. I recommend that you see your surgeon who can evaluate you in person.
