Can pregnancy affect nose tip & cause fibrosis after revision rhinoplasty using rib cartilage?

My nose is swollen after 2 mo, especially the tip. I've heard that we can get permanent swallow after rhinoplasty if scar tissues developed. One side of my face/upper lip, close to my nose, is still numb. I still have congested nose. Sometimes during the day, it gets better. Can pregnancy cause permanent swallow on my nose tip? I'm planning to get pregnant in 2 mo! Thank you.
