In my primary rhinoplasty the doctor inserted a graft in my tip without mentioning it me before surgery or that my tip will be hard forever. I didn’t even want a lifted tip. Now my nose is short, the tip is long and rock hard. Is it possible to remove those grafts and restore the tip again to what it was like?
