Is it possible for a skin graft to make this worse? (Photos)

I had primary rhinoplasty 3 years ago, I have had filler placed in the indent for the past 3 years. My surgeon offered to do a revision and has advised he will do a skin graft. Obviously I would love for my nose to be normal. I am just wondering is this a relatively easy fix or would I be best to leave it as it is?

Your photos are not the best quality, however, we can see that you have an indentation involving your nasal tip. Depending on your examination, microdroplet Silikon 1000 injections may be considered for permanently failing this area for a less operated nasal appearance. I'm not sure of the necessity of skin grafting in your situation. I hope this is helpful. Sincerely, Dr. Joseph

Hello and thank you for your question. Based on your limited photographs, I would definitely not recommend a skin graft. Skin grafts should not be done in rhinoplasty as they never look good. You could undergo a revision rhinoplasty and place a fascial graft to camouflage this area. That should help a lot with the contour,. I recommend that you seek consultation with a qualified board-certified plastic surgeon who can evaluate you in person.
