Is it possible for a skin graft to make this worse? (Photos)

I had primary rhinoplasty 3 years ago, I have had filler placed in the indent for the past 3 years. My surgeon offered to do a revision and has advised he will do a skin graft. Obviously I would love for my nose to be normal. I am just wondering is this a relatively easy fix or would I be best to leave it as it is?

If your biggest concern is that you have more nostril show after rhinoplasty surgery, depending on your examination, microdroplet Silikon 1000 injections may be considered to permanently lower your nostrils on both sides. I hope this is helpful! Sincerely, Dr. Joseph
