Unfortunately, your singular frontal view photo of your nose is difficult to interpret without a before picture. Hello and thank you for your question. Since you are only six months postop, I would recommend waiting for the swelling to come down more before making any decisions. If it does not thin out and your breathing does not improve at one year, based on your photograph, you may benefit from a tip refining rhinoplasty. Your surgeon can accomplish this by trimming, suturing, and reshaping the cartilage in your lower nose. Cartilage grafts may also be used to help improve tip refinement. I recommend that you seek consultation with a qualified board-certified plastic surgeon who can evaluate you in person.
