Had surgery 6 months ago as I still couldn't breathe through my nose. I was told the aesthetics would only change slightly where my nose was slightly pinched before to open up the nasal valve. The septum was straightened, I had bilateral spreader grafts, tip graft and onlay grafts. However I hate the way it looks now! My nose has a weird shape to it and the shadowing on my right side is horrible and overall very big! What can be done? I also still can't breathe so I'm gutted.
