I am almost 2 years post op and my tip is bigger now than what it was. I did not have any grafting done and I also had a closed rhinoplasty. I do not want to have a revision because it cost me a ton of money already. Any solutions? My surgeon has since retired or I would reach out. Thanks!

Hard to tell whether you have residual dormant infection or just scarring... bacteria can remain colonized on the cartilage because of its poor blood supply and antibiotic penetration... this makes matters tricky...

You need to add back a lot of cartilage: rib is the only source which will give you enough. You should be able to raise your profile back to straight and lengthen the nose. The surgery will be more involved than the primary rhinoplasty but your goals are achievable.
