Who can help me get a longer nose back? (Photos)

I need someone to help me get a similar nose as my before. I understand that I can never get the exact one back but this is killing me. Every day is terrible because of what I did to myself. I regret the nose job so much. I just wanted the hump gone idk what has happened to my nose. Half of it is gone. If there is a doctor out there who can do this for me I will forever be grateful. My main concerns are getting rid of the slope. I want it straight. And I NEED a columella back. Derotation as well
