Medpor coming out of my nose 15 years post-op? (Photos)

Question

I had a nose surgery 15 years ago and remember the removal of splints/stitchesbeing extremely painful with a lot of pulling. Since then, I had a bump in my inner nose that never let me breathe very well but a joke a doctor made made me terrified of having it fixed and so I lived with it. However the past few months I’ve noticed something popping out of my nose, getting worse with time. It’s now extremely obvious something is wrong and it’s painful. I don’t know what to do.

hello first of all i hope to you get well soonThere may be sagging skin or cartilage in your nose, probably your breathing problem is not just related to this.There may also be regrowth in your nasal bones.with revision surgery . Your breathing problem and deformities in your nose need to be corrected
