12 years postop - What exactly went wrong with my nose implant and what are my Revision Rhinoplasty options? (photos)

Asked By:Revisionsucks in New York, NY

I had a Septoplasty in 2010 and I am aware that my implant is too long, big and positioned too high. I'm just confused as to why the right (left in pic) part of the implant shows so much and the left part doesn't. Also, I have been delaying taking the implant out but is that my best option? Thank you
