Hello, and thank you for your question. Botox is a safe and effective treatment for eliminating wrinkles and fine lines that has virtually no side effects. Most patients return to their regular schedules a day after following Botox appointments. I instruct my patients to work out prior to their injection so that there is no downtime.
You should be able to exercise and resume strenuous activities the day after your Botoxtreatment. Be sure to discuss this with your board-certified plastic surgeon during your Botoxappointment. Best of luck!
