My nose has always been extremely crooked. I will insert pictures here ASAP so you can see how bad it was. It tilted to the right, making my nostrils extremely uneven. It was hard for me to breathe through one side of my nose. I felt it threw off the balance of my entire face. So I searched for a surgeon who would be able to correct my deviated septum as well as remove a small bump to give me a nice sloped nose. Dr. Murphy gave me a dream nose job. My nostrils are now COMPLETELY symmetrical , and my nose looks so much more symmetrical which improves the balance and symmetry of my entire face!!! In addition, is it easier to breathe. He also gave me the pretty slope on my nose that I asked for. My nose looks absolutely perfect now and I could not be more grateful- I'm not even exaggerating. He really did an amazing job and this surgery was 100% worth it. He really listened to all my questions and did just what I asked. I paid $7500 for the surgery itself, plus a little more for medication copay, arnica, humidifier and other miscellaneous things. They also gave me a free hydrafacial which I really loved, as well as flowers while I was recovering. Very thoughtful. The staff was mostly all very professional and very nice. The "sales" person Sumeia was a bit pushy on me when I did not immediately agree to the surgery, however. I felt she was a bit manipulative so that is something to keep in mind. Definitely be sure you want the procedure before you come because they can be very, very pushy. I already wanted to do it so it wasn't a big deal but I still didn't like her almost getting angry with me. However everyone aside from her was very nice. Dr Murphy is more then a surgeon he’s an artist. I couldn’t be more pleased with my appearance. I look so natural and at least 10 to 15 years younger. I no longer feel the need to cover my neck with scarves. The staff at Dr Murphys are exceptional. They were professional, kind and supportive. I could not have had a better experience. The entire staff are true professionals and Dr. Murphy is unbelievablly talented. I had a face/neck/eye lift and came out looking like an earlier version of myself-not someone who had surgery. I had a facial recently, and the esthetician (20+ experience) in another plastics office (not surgery), when I told her my age responded "how is that possible, you haven't had work done". When I confessed that I had a lift she asked who did it. When I told her Dr. Murphy- her reponse was knowing shock. She had two other clients who she also could not tell had work done, and they were Dr. Murphy's patients. Dr. Murphy is the best, best, best!

And his work is outstanding. I can't emphasize that enough. The tiny scars from the procedure are already almost invisible. My eyelids and eyebrows are *prettier* than when I was 20 years old. My husband says my neck looks like it did when I met him (at 21). I look exactly like myself, but younger -- and not just 10 years younger, either, more like 15 or 20! I'm just amazed!
