My eyes already droop a bit naturally. Am I a good candidate for this, or is there a better treatment (without surgery) for me? I'm 37, never had Botox, and -with the exception of one or two wrinkles in my forehead- this is the worst of it for me. Thank you for your time!!

Answer: Botox/Xeomin/Dysport for Crow's Feet--Results Take 1-2 weeks Yes, well-placed Botox can improve crow's feet without causing the eyes to droop. It takes 1-2 weeks for final results with Botox. I recommend getting a formal evaluation with a cosmetic dermatologist. Best, Dr. Emer

Answer: Botox to crow's feet Botox would probably give you a nice result in the crow's feet area. The big risk here is that there are several blood vessels that live in the area, some of them you can see and some you can't. If the doctor happens to nick one, you might get a bruise. Drooping of the brows is not usually a problem when Botox is injected into the area you are concerned with. It is a bigger problem when treating forehead lines when the Botox is injected into the muscles that lift they eyebrows. At any rate, you should give it a try. Worst case scenario is that, if you don't like it, it will be gone in three or four months.
