My eyes already droop a bit naturally. Am I a good candidate for this, or is there a better treatment (without surgery) for me? I'm 37, never had Botox, and -with the exception of one or two wrinkles in my forehead- this is the worst of it for me. Thank you for your time!!
Answer: Botox for crow's feet Thank you for your question. Botox is an excellent option to treat crow's feet. You can even use it in combination with some fillers to smooth out fine lines. Drooping is a possible side effect with Botox, so be sure to use a skilled injector.

Answer: Would Botox improve my crow's feet? I've heard droopy eyes can be a side effect. Botox and Dysport will diminish crow's feet significantly and will not cause droopy eyelids or brow if done correctly. If this does occur, it is because the injector is not familiar with the anatomy around the eyes. Injecting close to and above the brow can drop the brows and thus the eyelids. Injecting the crow's feet should actually elevate the outer part of the brow. Typically, I will suggest to the patient to inject the crow's feet, or frown lines if needed, every 3 months for a year, and then the muscles will atrophy and Botox or Dysport can be injected every 5-6 months. Thank you for your question and good luck.

Answer: Would Botox improve my crow’s feet? Botox Is Best for Crow’s Feet Botox is absolutely the best treatment to resolve crow’s feet. It works by relaxing the muscles that cause them, allowing the skin to smooth out. After two weeks or so, your wrinkles are gone. You’ll need a touch-up in three to four months. As for Botox making your eyes droop, Botox is injected near the side of your eye and won’t affect the upper lid. If you have droopy lids you can have them improved non-invasively with either Thermage or Ulthera or with a Botox brow lift. Surgical correction is best for severe skin laxity. Please consult a board-certified dermatologist who is an expert at facial rejuvenation using injectables so you get the beautiful improvement you’re seeking.
