I just got Botox and my throat is feeling strange. Scratchy almost, but no real trouble swallowing or breathing.

I do not have any swelling around the injection site. Just a sort of itchy throat, and it feels a little tight. Will this continue to get worse over the next 24-48 hours? It feels like numbing cream has been put on my throat. Is this unusual ? Should I seek medical attention? Also, is it true that botox can increase a person's anxiety? If I were to have an allergic reaction with swelling in my throat, how long would that take?
