1 year post brow lift - major problems. What are the best options? (Photos)

I am not frowning it is what it is. I am 62. The surgery is 1 year old. If I even tilt my forehead forward or down it makes it way worse and also the light makes it worse. What can even possibly be done to look normal?

The best option is an open brow lift with the incision at the frontal hairline.  This will allow excess skin to be removed, take care of the wrinkles and lift the eyebrows to a more normal position.

It is desired to leave some activity in the forehead after forehead lift. If you do not like what you have now that can be controlled with Botox. I revision that involves removal of corrugator and portion of frontalis muscles may be considered as well. You should discuss these options with your surgeon.

It appears in the photos that your brows were not lifted enough. I would recommend a transcutaneous browlift to elevate the brows and release the skin from the muscles in the forehead. The final appearance should be a nice smooth forehead. The transcutaneous browlift is like a facelift for the forehead. There will be no relapse or changes in your hairline.

An open brow lift should correct this.  This can be done in the office under IV sedation.  It does involve an incision inside the hairline but should smooth out your forehead lines.

It looks like your forehead isn't lifted adequately or loosened shortly after surgery. I believe that a revision to the browlift should be able to address this adequately.

The wrinkling suggests you had problems healing with fluid or blood or some other reason to have the wrinkling. Your only solution is to surgically revise: re-elevating the skin should allow the area to be smoothed out significantly.
